Fairfield Police Department reports the following calls were included in those received at dispatch:
Thursday
7:52 a.m. Colton Stacy, 17, was cited for minor use of tobacco, advised his brake light was not functioning and was given a written warning for an expired registration.
9:16 a.m. shuttle driver registered a complaint at the law center about having people call for transportation, then changing their mind and not paying for his travel into town for pick-up.
9:29 a.m. three vehicles were cited for parking extended days and being packed in snow.
9:31 p.m. two vehicles were cited for parking in a no-parking zone in the 900 block of South Sixth Street.
10:30 p.m. Jefferson County Health Center reported a dog bite to the face; a friend had been at the residence of Chad Ellis and Ellis?s dog bit his friend. Officer arrested Ellis on a warrant.
11:35 p.m. Patrick Ellis was arrested on a warrant for assault causing bodily injury.
Wednesday
4:03 a.m. Richard Chambers was arrested on a warrant from Lee County for contempt of court.
4:28 p.m. Pizza Ranch delivery driver was delivering a pizza and was bitten by a dog owned by Allman.
