Fairfield Police Department investigated at 1:52 p.m. Monday a trespass report in the 200 block of South Main Street.
Kum-N-Go reported a fifth-degree theft and an unauthorized use of a credit card at 7:10 p.m. Monday.
Police received a report at 7:36 p.m. Monday of a vehicle theft from 907 E. Broadway Ave. The vehicle was recovered at 110 S. 15th St.
Jessica Schmidt-Money, 22, was stopped for not wearing a seatbelt and cited for driving under suspension and failure to wear a seatbelt.

3:15 p.m. a business owner contacted police about a squirrel inside the business. Police advised contacting an exterminator.
7:09 p.m. owner left a van unlocked and key in ignition parked at Fairfield High School during a volleyball game. Van was taken, it struck a parked vehicle near the VFW. It appeared the van was traveling south on B Street when it hit the parked car and shoved it several feet. The van apparently backed up, struck the VFW building, no damage to building. Driver fled before police arrived.
8:21 p.m. a parked car at the high school was burglarized; a GPS and a camera case with a lens inside were taken during volleyball game. Owner had locked car, but child had gone out to car during game and returned, maybe did not lock car again.
8:28 p.m. caller heard cars at high school burglarized, caller said a bottle of prescription hydrocodone with four to five pills inside was taken from car parked at high school. Car had been unlocked.
10:13 p.m. Logli?s Store reported a gas drive-off involving a small blue car.
