Fairfield Police Department arrested Clifford Williams, 36, of Fairfield, at 9:52 p.m. Thursday at Landmark Inn for violation of a restraining order. Kelli Pauls, 39, of Eldon, was arrested at the law center for aiding and abetting violation of a restraining order.

Police investigated at 1:24 p.m. Thursday a report of a theft at 904 W. Harrison Ave., Apt. 11. Sometime between 6 p.m. Wednesday and 1 p.m. Thursday, someone took a blue 28-inch Diamondback Parkway road bike from the apartment. The bike has a taillight and a black seat, valued about $600.

Police investigated at 3:51 p.m. Monday at 1021 Grand Park Drive, and at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, William Burton Richardson, 68, of 3305 W. Jefferson Ave., was cited at the Jefferson County Courthouse for third degree harassment.
