9:08 a.m. investigate criminal mischief complaint; resident in 600 block of South Third Street had a tire slashed around 10 p.m. Jan. 16 while vehicle parked in his garage. He received a text message Jan. 19 from a person admitting slashing the tire, and apologizing. Resident wants person admitting the slashing to pay for new tire costs.

10:24 p.m. call about a structure fire, a mobile home.

Six 911 misdials or non-emergency calls were received.

Tuesday

12:30 p.m. report of a lost wallet.

3:07 p.m. Heather Vorhies was arrested on a warrant for three counts of prohibited acts and one count of second-degree theft.

7:30 p.m. caller reported railroad crossing arms were down at Fourth Street crossing with no train approaching.
