Fairfield Police Department investigated at 1:34 a.m. today and cited Caleb Michael Granaman, 18, of 114 S. 17th St., at 1:55 a.m. today at Fourth Street and Burlington Avenue for possession of alcohol under the legal age of 21. Nicholas Andrew Hovorka, 16, of 401 E. Washington Ave., was arrested at 2:21 a.m. today at the law center. He is charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense, possession of alcohol under the legal age of 21 and violation of restricted driver?s license. A another male, 16, of Batavia, was cited at 1:55 a.m. today at the law center for possession of alcohol under the legal age of 21.
