The Fairfield Police Department investigated the report of a theft of a Trek bike, valued at $130, at 404 S. Fourth St., Apt 311, at 2:40 p.m. Sunday.

Dustin Clair Roach, 23, of Canton, Mo., was arrested at 1:16 a.m. Saturday at Main Street and Broadway Avenue for driving under the influence, first offense.

Dallas DeWayne Taylor, 35, of Burlington, was arrested at 3:33 a.m. Saturday at Main Street and Broadway Avenue and charged with possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, possesion of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication, enhanced.

Marya Latisha Martin, 30, of Mount Pleasant, was arrested at 4:26 a.m. Saturday at Main Street and Broadway Avenue and charged with possession of a controlled substance, marijuana.
