The Fairfield Police Department reports the following incidents logged into dispatch:
Thursday
12:29 a.m. ? A security officer at Maharishi University of Management reported that a citizen advised him that someone is going through cars in Utopia Park just east of Utopia Way. Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, but no one was located. Campus security advised that they would contact police if something went missing or someone was located.
7:55 a.m. ? Odessa Burton received a traffic violation citation.
10:14 a.m. ? Pamela Craff of Fairfield Park and Recreation Department received a call from a citizen stating that a male subject was at the wetlands doing some type of ritual where he was getting into the water. Craff called the citizen back and advised her to inform the police if it happened again.
11:43 p.m. ? Berta Hernandez Huerta was cited for no license plate.
3:40 p.m. ? A citizen advised that juveniles broke into his vehicle, started it and ransacked it. The juveniles left the area, but witnesses saw what happened.
5:49 p.m. ? A citizen advised that a vehicle struck him Tuesday. He said he was not exactly sure of the cross street the accident occurred on.
6:47 p.m. ? a citizen reported a possible domestic disturbance in the 200 block of Jefferson Avenue. The citizen reported that while she and her boyfriend were outside grilling she heard disturbing things from her neighbor?s house. A female voice stated, ?Stop. I can?t breath! Stop or someone will call the cops.? A male then said, ?He took a swing at me and he learned his lesson.? The male subjects moved outside as the citizen spoke to police dispatch. The subjects stood near a newer white Chevy Silverado that was partially obscured by trees. Once male wore a black sweatshirt and shorts and he was large in stature. She couldn?t see the other male due to the trees. The call ended. However, the citizen called back and said the two male subjects had left the scene and were headed southbound. She was certain they would turn on Madison Avenue.
