11:46 a.m. caller reported a credit card theft; she had ordered items paying with a credit card and did not receive merchandise. Company claims it was delivered to a Fairfield address, but it was caller?s old address.

One traffic citation was issued Wednesday; two citations were issued for expired registrations; and five traffic warnings were issued.
