Fairfield Police Department arrested Rachael Lorenza Austin, 38, of 606 W. Monroe Ave., No. 13, at 2:49 p.m. Sunday at home. Austin is charged with contempt of court, violation of restraining order.

Jeffrey Duane Schneider, 57, of 204 E. Hempstead Ave., Apt. 1, was arrested at home and charged with junk or abandoned vehicle.

Police investigated a case file at 12:30 a.m. Friday at Green Acres beside Lot 31 about a 50-foot electrical cord valued at $100 and license plate stolen from a travel trailer.

Larry Allen Bell, 64, of Davenport, was arrested at 7:23 p.m. Thursday at 12th Street and Jefferson Avenue on warrants out of Scott County and interference with official acts (police officer, EMT, firefighter).

David Pratt, 41, was arrested at 12:24 a.m. Friday at 1300 W. Jackson Ave., No. 15, on a warrant for fifth degree theft.

A vehicle burglary was reported at 8:13 a.m. Thursday that happened sometime after 8 p.m. Wednesday in the 400 block of East Washington Avenue. A Garmin, valued at $100 to $150 was missing.

Carol Negro, 60, was arrested at 1:54 p.m. Thursday for operating while intoxicated, third offense, driving while revoked and insurance violation.
