The Fairfield Police Department reports the following incidents logged into dispatch:

Wednesday

7:26 a.m. ? A citizen advised of hazardous road conditions on East Adams Avenue.

8:45 a.m. ? Officers are investigating an impersonation case.

9:53 a.m. ? A citizen advised of a telephone scam in the 300 block of Iowa Avenue.

1:34 p.m. ? Jaclyn Danielle Smith, 27, of Fairfield was arrested on a warrant for fifth-degree theft and trespassing.

4:36 p.m. ? A citizen advised of a theft in the 50th block of North C Street.

9:21 p.m. ? A caller advised that there were five or six children riding around O.B. Nelson Park on a golf cart doing ?cookies,? and they were almost hit by a car a few times. An officer found the vehicle and advised the park.
