Fairfield Police Department received a report at 5:35 p.m. Wednesday of a gas drive off at the Fairfield Jet Stop.
Jay Stewart, 20 of Fairfield, was arrested at 2504 W. Burlington Ave., Veterinary Clinic PC for third degree burglary and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Third degree criminal mischief was reported at 5:28 a.m. Friday in the alley behind the 50 block of Court Street.
