Nikhom Leo Sisomphone 38 of 1104 Sunset Drive was arrested in the 100 block of West Burlington Avenue at 3:19 a.m. Friday, charged with assault, simple.

Gregory Thomas Lane, 26 of 505 W. Madison Ave., was arrested at 8:20 p.m. Thursday at 1200 W. Grimes Ave. for public consumption or intoxication.

Kenneth Arthur Cole Franklin, 22 of Swedesburg was arrested at 203 W. Washington Ave., at 10:49 p.m. Wednesday and charged with two counts of assault, simple.

Scott Franklin, 43 of 203 W. Washington was arrested at Jefferson County Health Care at 12:48 a.m. Wednesday and charged with contempt of court and violation of a restraining order.

Amy Lee Shipley, 39 of 500 N. Main St. Apt A, was cited at 12:16 a.m. Wednesday at 2000 S. Main St., for aiding and abetting contempt of court and violation of a restraining order.
