Arrests

Oct. 31 – 1:02 a.m., warrant arrest was reported at W. Hempstead Ave. between 2nd and 3rd, Fairfield.

Oct. 31 – 10:57 p.m., warrant serv. /court order hold was reported in the 100 block of E. Clay St., Mt. Pleasant.

Oct. 31 – 7:42 p.m., warrant arrest was reported in the 400 block of S. Mechanic St., Brighton. Kyle Sobaski, 26, Brighton, was arrested on a warrant for failed to appear for revocation hearing violation of probation.

Oct. 31 – 8:31 p.m., warrant arrest was reported in the 1100 block of Underwood Ave., Riverside. Brandon Ghumm, 26, of Riverside, was arrested on a warrant for violation of probation original charge operating while intoxicated.

Oct. 31 – 10:08 p.m., warrant arrest was reported in the 300 block of 3rd St., Wellman. Jeffrey Smith, 52, of Wellman, was arrested on a warrant for controlled substance violation and possession of controlled substance – methamphetamine 1st offense.

Oct. 31 – 10:46 p.m., warrant arrest was reported in the 400 block of E. 2nd St., Washington. Terry Taylor, of Washington, was arrested on a warrant for violation of a no contact/protective order – contempt and assault.

Nov. 1 – 3:24 a.m., Heleigh Oxley, 21, of Delta, was arrested in the 700 block of 12th Ave., Wellman. Oxley was charged with criminal mischief 4th degree.

Oct. 31 – 2:04 a.m., motor vehicle accident with damage was reported in the 2400 block of Radio Dr., Mt. Pleasant.

Oct. 31 – 5:32 a.m., motor vehicle accident with damage was reported at E. Bell Dr. and S. Williams St., Mt. Pleasant.

Oct. 31 – 6:12 a.m., motor vehicle accident with damage was reported in the 2200 block of Salem Rd., New London.

Oct. 31 – 6:51 a.m., motor vehicle accident with damage was reported in the 1800 block of Hwy. 78, Mt. Pleasant.

Oct. 31 – 7:13 p.m., traffic accident was reported at Hwy 218 and Ramp, Riverside.

Oct. 31 – 11:37 a.m., harassment/threats was reported in the 100 block of W. Warren St., Mt. Pleasant.

Fire

Oct. 31 – 6:40 p.m., field/timber/grass fire was reported in the 1000 block of Oasis Ave., Winfield.

Oct. 31 – 10:22 a.m., domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of E. Washington St., New London.

Oct. 31 – 1:20 p.m., domestic disturbance was reported in the 1300 block of E. Haynes Ct., Mt. Pleasant.

Theft

Oct. 31 – 10:04 a.m., theft/larceny/shoplifting was reported in the 300 block of W. Washington St., Mt. Pleasant.

Oct. 31 –1:35 p.m., theft/larceny/shoplifting was reported in the 100 block of Care Cir., New London.

Burglary

Oct. 31 – 10:08 p.m., burglary was reported in the 700 block of W. Stone, Fairfield.

Drugs

Oct. 31 – 10:17 a.m., drug/narcotics violation was reported in the 1100 block of S. B Ave., Washington.

Oct. 31 – 10:44 p.m., drug/narcotics violation was reported in the 300 block of Howard St., Kalona. Jacob White, of Kalona, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Ruthanna White, of Kalona, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Larry Tryon, of Kalona, with charges pending for possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia pending DCI lab results.
