Arrests

Sept. 25 - 8:19 p.m., Kelly Anne Standard, 26, of the 500 block of West Broadway Avenue, Fairfield, was arrested in the 500 block of West Broadway, and charged with domestic abuse assault and assault (simple).

Sept. 25 - 3:33 p.m., Diane Marlee Poch, 67, of the 200 block of West First Street, Washington, was arrested in the 2100 block of Lexington Boulevard, Washington, and charged with operating while intoxicated (first offense).

Sept. 25 - 10:52 p.m., Andre Davon Ligon, 38, of the 200 block of A Avenue, was arrested in the 200 block of First Street, Kalona, and charged with driving while barred.

Traffic accidents

Sept. 25 - 1:27 p.m., a motor vehicle accident, with property damage, was reported in the 100 block of North Jefferson Street, Mt. Pleasant.

Sept. 25 - 3:20 p.m., a motor vehicle accident, with property damage, was reported in the 700 block of East Mapleleaf Drive, Mt. Pleasant.

Sept. 25 - 4:40 p.m., a motor vehicle accident, with property damage, was reported in the 1100 block of North Grand Avenue, Mt. Pleasant.

Sept. 25 - 7:55 p.m., a vehicle vs. animal accident was reported in the 1600 block of Oakland Mills Road, Mt. Pleasant.

Sept. 25 - 7:55 p.m., a vehicle vs. animal accident was reported at 210th Street and Racine Avenue, Mount Union.

Sept. 25 - 8:04 p.m., a vehicle vs. animal accident was reported in the 2800 block of New London Road, New London.

Sept. 25 - 3:07 p.m., a rear-end collision was reported in the 300 block of West Burlington Avenue, Fairfield.

Sept. 25 - 6 p.m., a traffic accident was reported on East Grimes Avenue, Fairfield.

Sept. 25 - 5:44 p.m., a hit and run was reported in the 2700 block of West Burlington Avenue, Fairfield.

Sept. 25 - 6:34 a.m., a truck that rolled an hour earlier at Palm Avenue and 285th Street, Washington, was reported.

Sept. 25 - 9:41 a.m., theft/larceny/shoplifting was reported in the 1899 block of Whaley Drive, Mt. Pleasant.

Harassment

Sept. 25 - 10:42 a.m., harassment was reported in the 300 block of North C Street, Fairfield.

Sept. 25 - 2:17 p.m., phone harassment was reported in the 500 block of North Court Street, Fairfield.

Sept. 25 - 11:10 p.m., harassment was reported in the 2100 block of Libertyville Road, Fairfield.

Sept. 25 - 8:58 p.m., Fairfield police and Wapello County Sheriff's Office spoke about a missing person (runaway).

Fire

Sept. 25 - 12:25 p.m., a burn complaint was reported in the 300 block of South Pine Street, New London.

Sept. 25 - 6:34 p.m., a burn complaint was reported in the 2200 block of 120th Street, Winfield.

Sept. 25 - 7:09 p.m., a structure fire was reported in the 16000 block of 40th Street, Mount Union.
