July 23 report

Arrests

July 17 – 12:44 p.m., Nolan Champ, 31, was arrested in the 200 block of N. 28th St., Fairfield. Champ was arrested and charged with interference with official acts.

July 22 – 12:20 a.m., warrant serv. /court order hold was reported in 800 block of S. Grand Ave., Mt. Pleasant.

July 22 – 12:54 p.m., Brittany Copper, 25, was arrested in the 300 block of E. Buchanan Ave., Fairfield. Copper was arrested and charged with child endangerment, and interference with official acts – bodily injury.

Traffic Accidents

July 22 – 2:37 p.m., motor vehicle accident with property damage was reported in the 1300 block of N. Grand Ave., Mt. Pleasant.

July 22 – 7:25 p.m., motor vehicle accident with property damage was reported in the 400 block of W. Vine St., Mt. Pleasant.

July 22 – 11:46 a.m., traffic accident – hit and run was reported in the 600 block of W. Washington Ave., Fairfield.

July 22 – 7:52 a.m., traffic accident was reported at Hwy. 92 and Birch Ave., Keota.

Harassment

July 17 – 12:26 p.m., harassment was reported in the 800 block of W. Jackson Ave., Fairfield.

July 22 – 9:54 p.m., intimidation/harassment was reported in the 1000 block of 2nd St., Wellman.

July 21 – 9:59 p.m., runaways/missing person was reported in the 700 block of S. 9th Ave., Washington.

Theft

July 17 – 4:26 p.m., theft/larceny was reported at Iowa State Bank Main, Fairfield.

July 21 – 12:34 p.m., stolen/recovered bicycle was reported in the 500 block of S. D Ave., Washington.

July 21 – 11:51 p.m., theft was reported in the 300 block of N. B Ave., Washington.

July 22 – 4:50 p.m., theft/larceny/shoplifting was reported in the 400 block of E. Washington St., Mt. Pleasant.

July 22 – 9:44 p.m., theft was reported in the 100 block of W. Main St., Washington.

Drugs

July 22 – 9:27 p.m., drug/narcotics violation was reported in the 1000 block of W. 5th St., Washington. Jason Nichols, 26, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and charges pending DCI lab results for possession of controlled substance. Maci Hungerford, 33, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and charges pending DCI lab results for possession of controlled substance.

July 22 – 4:08 a.m., physical child abuse was reported in the 400 block of E. Polk St., Washington.

July 23 – 3:23 p.m., warrant arrest was reported in the 300 block of W. Washington St., Brighton. Matthew Smith, 25, was arrested on a warrant for violation on original charges of burglary 3rd motor vehicle operate vehicle no consent and criminal mischief 3rd degree.

July 23 – 4:22 p.m., warrant arrest was reported in the 2100 block of Lexington Blvd., Washington. Colby Miller, 19, was arrested on three warrants for burglary 3rd degree motor vehicle.

July 23 – 2:06 p.m., intimidation/harassment was reported in the 100 block of S. Marion Ave., Washington.
