Oct. 28 – 7:41 a.m., warrant arrest was reported in the 600 block of S. Iowa Ave., Washington. Murphy Rutherford, 27, was arrested on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance 2nd offense, possession of a controlled substance marijuana 2nd offense and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Oct. 29 – 3:11 p.m., warrant arrest was reported in the 300 block of Center St., West Chester. Misty Lynn, 34, was arrested on a warrant for possession of controlled substance and forgery and theft 5th degree.
