Oct. 7 – 2:05 p.m., warrant arrest was reported in the 300 block of 2nd Ave. SW., Cedar Rapids. Destiny Hines, 23, was arrested on a warrant for pretrial conference on original charge possession of controlled substance methamphetamine 1st offense.

Oct. 8 – 1:40 a.m., motor vehicle accident with property damage was reported in the 1500 block of Hwy. 34, Mt. Pleasant.

Drugs

Oct. 9 – 8:50 a.m., drugs-narcotic violations was reported at Main and Burlington, Fairfield. Chad Cutler, 45, was arrested and charged with interference with official acts (bodily injury), possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and possession of a controlled substance (marijuana).

Oct. 10 – 4:17 p.m., controlled substance was reported in the 100 block of Agency St., Batavia.

DUIs

Oct. 11 – 1:09 a.m., public intoxication was reported in the 3100 block of Hwy. 22, Riverside.
