Sept. 28 – 4:41 p.m., warrant arrest was reported in the 300 block of W. 2nd St., Ottumwa. Matthew Entsminger, 29, was arrested on a warrant for violation of probation.

Sept. 28 – 8:41 a.m., hit and run was reported in the 200 block of E. Henry St., Mt. Pleasant.

Sept. 28 – 10:56 a.m., motor vehicle accident with property damage was reported at Jefferson St. and Monroe St., Mt. Pleasant.

Sept. 28 – 12:45 p.m., traffic accident was reported in the 100 block of N. Main St., Fairfield.

Harassment

Sept. 28 – 8:12 a.m., harassment was reported at McDonalds in Fairfield.

Fire

Sept. 28 – 7:56 a.m., fire call structure was reported at the Civic Center in Fairfield.

Theft

Sept. 28 – 11:07 a.m., theft/larceny/shoplifting was reported in the 100 block of S. Maple St., Salem.

Drugs

Sept. 28 – 11:29 p.m., drug/narcotics violation was reported in the 3100 block of Hwy. 22, Riverside. Brent Sweeting, 42, was cited into court for possession of controlled substance 1st offense.

Sexual Assault

Sept. 28 – 11:24 p.m., sex offenses was reported in the 400 block of S. White St., Mt. Pleasant.
