Arrests

Sept. 26 - 7:21 p.m., Keith Robinson, 54, of Fairfield, was arrested in the 1100 block of West Burlington Avenue, Fairfield, on a warrant.

Sept. 26 - 1:53 p.m., Sean Eric Krueger, 47, of the 1000 block of Walnut Avenue, Riverside, was arrested at 130th Street and Vine Avenue, Riverside, and charged with operating while intoxicated and open container.

Sept. 26 - 7:45 p.m., Dylan White, 21, of the 300 block of Howard Street, Kalona, was arrested in the 300 block of Howard Street, Kalona, on a warrant.

Vehicle accident

Sept. 26 - 2:54 p.m., a motor vehicle accident, with property damage, was reported at East Langdon Street and South Locus Street, Mt. Pleasant.

Sept. 26 - 3:43 p.m., a motor vehicle accident, with property damage, was reported at South Locust Street and East Washington Street, Mt. Pleasant.

Sept. 26 - 7:33 p.m., a traffic accident was reported in the 2000 block of Hemlock Avenue, Fairfield.

Sept. 26 - 7:43 p.m., a vehicle vs. deer accident was reported near the Louisa/Washington County Line.

Theft

Sept. 26 - 1:46 p.m., theft/larceny/shoplifting was reported in the 2000 block of East Washington Street, Mt. Pleasant.

Sept. 26 - 10:54 p.m., theft was investigated in the 1300 block of West Jackson Avenue, Fairfield.

Sept. 26 - 12:34 p.m., theft was reported in the 100 block of Fifth Street, Wellman.

Sept. 26 - 2:43 p.m., a gas drive off was reported in the 1000 block of West Madison Street, Washington.

Sept. 26 - 5:38 p.m., shoplifting was reported in the 300 block of North Marion Avenue, Washington.

Burglary

Sept. 26 - 4:55 p.m., burglary was reported in the 300 block of North Fourth Avenue, Washington.

Harassment

Sept. 26 - 10:43 a.m., harassment/threats was reported in the 400 block of West Adams Street, New London.

Sept. 26 - harassment was reported at 15th Street and Jackson Avenue, Fairfield.

Sept. 26, 2:41 p.m., intimidation/harassment was reported in the 700 bock of East Third Street, Washington.

Sept. 26 - 6:30 p.m., intimidation/harassment was reported in the 500 block of South C Avenue, Washington.

Sept. 26 - 10:57 p.m., harassing email was reported in the 1600 block of Highway 22, Wellman.

Assault

Sept. 26 - 11:37 a.m., assault was reported in the 400 block of West Main Street, New London.

Sept. 26 - 10:08 p.m., assault was reported in the 3100 block of Highway 22, Riverside. The report was unfounded.

Sex offenses

Sept. 26 - 1:29 p.m., sex offenses were reported in the 500 block of East Webster Street, Mt. Pleasant.

Sept. 26 - 5:29 p.m., sex offenses were reported in the 100 block of North Main Street, Mt. Pleasant.

Missing person

Sept. 26, 2:07 p.m., a missing person was reported in the 400 block of South Second Avenue, Washington. The person was located.

Sept. 27 - 12:14 a.m., Fairfield and Ottumwa police spoke about a missing person (runaway).

Fire

Sept. 26 - 8:57 a.m., a fire alarm was reported in the 400 block of North Broadway Street, Mt. Pleasant.

Sept. 26 - 9:44 a.m., a fire alarm was reported in the 700 block of North Pearl Street, Wayland.

Sept. 26. - 10:07 a.m., a controlled burn was reported at 105th Street and Graham Avenue, Mt. Pleasant.

Sept. 26 - 11:07 a.m., an alarm company reported a residential general fire alarm in the 1500 block of Larch Avenue, Washington. There was no fire.
