Arrests

Sept. 24 - 2:08 a.m., Crystal Marie Dalton, 34, of the 4400 block of Topaz Avenue Northwest, Cedar Rapids, was arrested in the 4500 block of Melrose Avenue, Iowa City, on a warrant.

Sept. 24 - 8:58 p.m., Michael Joseph Vogel, 26, of the 2500 block of Holiday Road, Coralville, was arrested in the 4500 block of Melrose Avenue, Iowa City, on a warrant.

Citations

Sept. 24 - 3:18 p.m., a municipal infractions citation was issued at C Street and Broadway Avenue, Fairfield, for expired registration.

Sept. 24 - 11:15 p.m., Miguel Alexander Lopez, 21, of Washington, was cited at West Fountain Street and North Jefferson Street, Brighton, for driving with no valid license.

Vehicle accidents

Sept. 24 - 6:39 p.m., a motor vehicle accident, with property damage, was reported at Highway 34 and Marsh Avenue, Mt. Pleasant.

Sept. 24 - 7:19 p.m., a motor vehicle accident, with property damage, was reported in the 1700 block of East Washington Street, Mt. Pleasant.

Sept. 24 - 7:41 p.m., a motor vehicle accident, with property damage, was reported in the 100 block of West Washington Street, Mt. Pleasant.

Sept. 24 - 9:22 p.m., a motor vehicle accident, with property damage, was reported in the 1300 block of North Grand Avenue, Mt. Pleasant.

Sept. 24 - 7:20 a.m., a vehicle vs. deer accident was reported in the 2800 block of Wayland Road, Washington.

Sept. 24 - 3:14 p.m., a parked vehicle was stuck in the 3100 block of Highway 22, Riverside.

Theft

Sept. 24 - 6:44 p.m., larceny theft was reported in the 200 block of West Grimes Avenue, Fairfield.

Sept. 24 - 7:09 p.m., theft/larceny/shoplifting was reported in the 800 block of North Palm Avenue, Mt. Pleasant.

Sept. 24 - 10:31 a.m., a stolen bicycle was reported in the 1300 block of North Second Avenue, Washington.

Burglary

Sept. 24 - 11:51 a.m., burglary was reported in the 900 block of West Washington Street, Mt. Pleasant.

Harassment

Sept. 24 - 4:17 p.m., harassment/threats was reported in the 400 block of North Washington Street, Wayland.

Sexual assault

Sept. 24 - 9:59 a.m., a sexual assault from 2017 is being investigated in the 200 block of East Washington Street, Washington.

Drugs

Sept. 24 - 6:14 p.m., a drugs/narcotics violation was reported in the 200 block of North Harrison Street, Brighton. No drugs were located.

Fire

Sept. 24 - 1:47 p.m., a controlled burn was reported in the 1500 block of North Carnahan Road, Mt. Pleasant.
