Arrests
Sept. 30 - 4:40 p.m., Spencer Ainsworth was arrested in the 100 block of North D Street, Fairfield, on a warrant.
Sept. 30 - 5:05 p.m. - Alan Jair Sanchez, of the 500 block of West Third Street, Washington, was arrested in the 12600 block of County Road G56, Wapello, on a warrant.
Sept. 30 - 6:08 p.m., Isaias Mendoza Jr., of the 700 block of First Street, Wellman, was arrested at Ninth Avenue and Second Street, Wellman, for violation of protective order.
Sept. 30 - 11:13 p.m., Destiny Jean Hines, 22, of the 800 block of Ninth Street Southwest, Cedar Rapids, was arrested in the 2400 block of Highway 92, Washington, and charged with fifth-degree theft.
Oct. 1 - 12:57 a.m., Brian Patric Tuller, 33, of the 500 block of Lorenz Street, Muscatine, was arrested in the 300 block of East Fifth Street, Muscatine, on a warrant from Washington County.
Oct. 1 - 3:06 a.m., Jacob Eugene Hansel, 34, of the 21500 block of 70th Street, Martelle, was arrested in the 1100 block of Enterprise Drive, Riverside, on a warrant from Johnson County.
Citations
Sept. 26 - 8:23 p.m., Stephon Alfonzoso Marshall, 29, of Mt. Pleasant, was charged and summoned to appear in court in the 200 block of East Washington Street, Mt. Pleasant, for driving while license under suspension.
Sept. 30 - 10:11 p.m., Nicholas Dean Craff, of the 200 block of Highway 92, West Chester, was cited in the 700 block of Sixth Street, Wellman, for driving under suspension.
Traffic accident
Sept. 30 - 4:37 p.m., a mini van sideswiped a school bus in the 1700 block of Highway 78, Brighton. Heath Michael Krabill was cited for failure to maintain control.
Sept. 30 - 6:36 a.m., a motor vehicle vs. animal accident was reported in the 2000 block of Highway 78, Winfield.

Sept. 30 - 11:28 a.m., larceny theft was reported in the 400 block of North Court Street, Fairfield.
Sept. 30 - 2:21 p.m., theft was investigated in the 2200 block of West Burlington Avenue, Fairfield.
Sept. 30 - 4:41 p.m., theft/larceny/shoplifting was reported in the 100 block of North Harrison Street, Mt. Pleasant.

Sept. 30 - 11:29 a.m., burglary was reported in the 400 block of West Monroe Street, in Henry County.
Sept. 30 - 3:50 p.m., burglary was reported in the 500 block of West Washington Street, New London.
Set. 30 - 4:53 p.m., burglary was reported in the 100 block of South White Street, Mt. Pleasant.

Sept. 30 - 1:54 p.m., drugs-narcotic violations were investigated in the 600 block of East Broadway Avenue, Fairfield.
Sept. 30 - 9:07 p.m., a controlled substance was reported in the 600 block of West Monroe Avenue, Fairfield.
Harassment
Sept. 30 - 8:31 p.m., harassment was reported in the 50 block of South 12th Street, Fairfield.
Sept. 30 - 5:24 p.m., harassment/threats was reported in the 600 block of Wet Madison Street, Mt. Pleasant.
Sept. 30 - 6:53 p.m., harassment/threats was reported in the 1800 block of Henry Washington Street, Crawfordsville.
Missing person
Sept. 30 - 10:56 a.m., a runaway/missing person was reported in the 1025 North Fourth Avenue, Washington. The person was located.

Sept. 30 - 2:41 p.m., a fire alarm was pulled in the 500 block of 13th Street, Wellman.
Sept. 30 - 3:56 p.m., a fire alarm company reported an alarm going off in the 1300 block of North Fifth Avenue, Washington.
