Vehicle accidents

Aug. 6 – 6:46 a.m., a motor vehicle accident, with injuries, was reported at Benton Avenue and Highway 78, Wayland.

Aug. 6 – 2:33 p.m., a motor vehicle accident, with injuries, was reported in the 1500 block of Highway 218, Mt. Pleasant.

Theft

Aug. 6 – 8:33 a.m., theft/larceny/shoplifting was reported in the 100 block of North Adams Street, Mt. Pleasant.

Aug 6 – 9:02 a.m., theft larceny/shoplifting was reported in the 200 block of West Highway 78, Wayland.

Aug. 6 – 3:10 p.m., theft was investigated in the 2400 block of West Burlington Avenue, Fairfield.

Aug. 6 – 4:30 p.m., theft was investigated in the 2100 Libertyville Road, Fairfield.

Vandalism

Aug. 6 -- 2:33 p.m., destruction/damage/vandalism of property was investigated in the 2300 block of West Burlington Avenue, Fairfield.

Harassment

Aug. 6 – 2:55 p.m., harassment was reported in the 400 block of South 14th Street, Fairfield.

Aug. 6 – 3:15 p.m., harassment/threats were reported in the 1200 block of Dakota Avenue, Wayland.

Aug. 6 – 8:17 p.m., harassment/threats were reported in the 900 block of West Washington Street, Mt. Pleasant.

Missing person

Aug. 6 – 10:15 a.m., a missing person was reported in the 400 block of North F Street, Fairfield.

Aug. 6 – 4:17 p.m., Fairfield and Washington police spoke about a missing person.

Fire

Aug. 6 – 9:32 a.m., a controlled burn was reported in the 2700 block of Quincy Avenue, New London.

Aug. 6 – 1:18 p.m., a burn complaint was reported in the 300 block of South Maple Street, Winfield.
