Polishville annual bazaar to be held Aug. 9
The annual Polishville Bazaar is scheduled for Sunday, Aug. 9, 2015. Dinner will be served from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The menu is: Ham or roast turkey, potatoes, gravy, green beans, Jell-O salad, cake, tea or coffee. Children under 5 may eat free; there is a charge for children over 5 and for adults.
There will be two raffles. The first consists of several quilts ? one hand-quilted, one 50 years old, one knotted, ...

Children under 5 may eat free; there is a charge for children over 5 and for adults.
There will be two raffles. The first consists of several quilts ? one hand-quilted, one 50 years old, one knotted, and two baby quilts. The second raffle is for cash prizes. You need not be present to win.
Those who attend the bazaar this year can enjoy good food and the museum full of interesting displays. Outdoors, people can view the shrine in the cemetery and the grotto on the grounds.
Polishville is 10 miles northeast of Fairfield on Pleasant Plain road (W21) to 136th Street, then gravel for 2 ½ miles.
