Polishville Center plans events
Two dances and a lunch, with bingo games, are planned in October at Polishville Community Center.
The first dance is set for Sunday, with Lyle Beaver of Iowa City providing the music. Food will be for sale at 4:30 p.m., and dancing will be from 6 to 9 p.m.

Two dances and a lunch, with bingo games, are planned in October at Polishville Community Center.
The first dance is set for Sunday, with Lyle Beaver of Iowa City providing the music. Food will be for sale at 4:30 p.m., and dancing will be from 6 to 9 p.m.
Lunch and bingo is planned Oct. 8. Lunch will be 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., with bingo starting at 12:30 p.m. A lunch, with bingo, is planned for the second Wednesday of each month.
The second dance is set for Oct. 19. Jerry Beauchamp of Eldora will provide the music. Food will be for sale at 4:30 p.m., and dancing will be from 6 to 9 p.m.
The events are open to the public, and people of all ages can attend.

Polishville is 10 miles northeast of Fairfield on Pleasant Plain Road, then 2.5 miles east on 136th Street.
