Public invited to tour manufacturers
Two Washington manufacturers will open their doors to the public for tours on Tuesday, Oct. 21 as part of the Kirkwood and Iowa??s Creative Corridor ?Advancing the Future? tour. Bazooka Farmstar will be open from 9:30 to 11 a.m., and Modine Manufacturing will be open from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. Participants must wear closed-toe shoes, and be middle-school age or older.
