Public welcome at Hanson concert
Pianist and comedian Brian Hanson will be in concert at 10:30 a.m. Sunday at First Church of the Nazarene.
The Rev. Howard Innis, pastor, invites the public to attend. A free will offering will be received.

Hanson concerts include hand-picked traditional favorites from old-time hymns and gospel songs, contemporary praise and worship music, and his own original compositions.
Hanson has produced the nationally televised talk show ?Worship Live? as seen on The Christian Network.
He also worked as the network image producer for The Christian Network, and his music has often been used on the network.
Hanson is a music score composer for film and video. He composed and arranged original music for the soundtrack of The WatchWORD Bible, the world?s first media Bible featured on ?Living the Life? as seen on Fox Family Channel.
?The Book of Revelation? from The WatchWORD Bible won two awards at The New York International Independent Film and Video Festival in New York.
Hanson also composed music for the award-winning film ?Prison to Praise.?
His song ?The Prayer of Jabez? was No. 1 for a combined 10 weeks on mp3.com?s Christian Easy Listening chart.
He is the creator of ?You Can Read Music This Morning,? a seminar designed to help people learn to read music quickly and easily.
