Purple Martin watch planned
All bird lovers are invited to a Purple Martin Watch hosted by Tim Millard Saturday.
Last year, Millard?s colony, southwest of Lockridge at 2338 Unicorn Ave., fledged 365 young.
Interested participants can come throughout the day, but Millard said mornings are best for watching the birds.
