Raffle benefits family
Proceeds from the raffle of this quilt will be donated to a young local family whose husband/father unexpectedly died to help with funeral expenses. The newly made quilt was constructed with 100 percent cotton fabric and batting, created in a smoke-free home, and is full-size, approximately 83-inches by 83 inches. Proceeds from the raffle of this quilt will be donated to a young local family whose husband/father unexpectedly died to help with funeral expenses. The newly made quilt was constructed with 100 percent cotton fabric and batting, created in a smoke-free home, and is full-size, approximately 83-inches by 83 inches. It will be displayed today through Monday in the Century21 window on the square. Tickets are one for $5, three for $10, and seven for $20. Tickets will be available in the Fairfield 1st Fridays Art Walk tent. Those who do not visit art walk or FAIRFest can contact Lark Dunham at 641-895-5573 or theoriginallarknessmonster@gmail.com to purchase tickets. The raffle ends Oct. 10.
