Rebecca Kay James Speth, 62, of Indianapolis, Ind., and formerly of New London, died on May 10, 2016, at her home.
Funeral services will be held at noon on Saturday, May 14, at Flanner and Buchanan Speedway Funeral Center. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. A celebration of life will be held at a later date at Elliott Chapel, in New London.

Rebecca Kay James Speth, 62, of Indianapolis, Ind., and formerly of New London, died on May 10, 2016, at her home.
Funeral services will be held at noon on Saturday, May 14, at Flanner and Buchanan Speedway Funeral Center. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. A celebration of life will be held at a later date at Elliott Chapel, in New London.
Memorials may be made to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Association.
Speth was born on Oct. 18, 1953, in Centerville, the daughter of Jack and JoAnn Medland James. She was a 1971 graduate of New London High School.
She worked in the medical profession in Iowa, Texas and in Indianapolis, where she was an independent contractor working in the life insurance sector.
She enjoyed cheering for the Iowa Hawkeyes and selling her crafts at Old Threshers.
She was a member of the New London Presbyterian Church.
Speth is survived by her husband, Ronald A. Speth, of Indianapolis, Ind.; two daughters, Erica Hahn and Nicole Hahn; her mother, JoAnn James, of Salem; and one grandson.
She was preceded in death by her father; and her sister, JoEllen Bires.
