Rees family holds reunion

The 97th annual John A. Rees Reunion was held Saturday, June 15, 2019 at Marr Park, near Ainsworth. A noon potluck meal was enjoyed by 66 family members and 1 guest.

The oldest member present was John Harold Jones, 98, and the youngest was Kendall Luers, 9 months. Clint, Ruth & Joshua Larsen of Saint Johns, Fla., traveled the farthest and Jay Greene, Ainsworth, traveled the least distance.

The next reunion will be held the third Saturday in June 2020 at Marr Park.

Social Committee for next year will be Jeanne Davis, Chair, Luetta Greene and Brittany Messer.

Officers for next year will be, President Ivan Arthur, Vice-President Jeanne Davis, and Secretary-Treasurer, Sharon Rees.
