Registration under way for ginger root workshop
Jefferson County ISU Extension horticulturist Barb Grijalva is offering a ginger root workshop from noon to 1 p.m. Dec. 18 at the Extension office.

Sign up to attend by contacting Grijalva by emailing barbgri@iastate.edu or calling 472-4166 by 4:30 p.m. The deadline is Dec. 17. The $5 per person fee covers supplies and lunch.
The workshop class size is limited to 20 people. If more are interested, Grijalva said she will offer the workshop again at a later date.
