One lonely, socially rejected woman made her way to the drinking water machine. She timed her purchase when she least expected to meet anyone. Her plan usually worked.
A man sat at the well. Not just any man, but a religious man, one who would normally disdain not only her heritage, but her lifestyle. Instead of ignoring or insulting her, he asked for a drink from her jug.
