Several Libertyville High School alumni met June 11 at Faith United Methodist Church in Libertyville for their annual reunion.
The honor class was the class of 1958, which was the last class to graduate before the high school was closed and students were transferred to the Fairfield school district.

LIBERTYVILLE HIGH SCHOOL ALUMNI
Several Libertyville High School alumni met June 11 at Faith United Methodist Church in Libertyville for their annual reunion.
The honor class was the class of 1958, which was the last class to graduate before the high school was closed and students were transferred to the Fairfield school district.
Out of the 25 people in attendance, 1958 classmates Susan Whitmore Ryan, Mary Miller Gilies, Evy Pearson Harris and Donald Brobston were present. The one other member of the class was Judy Heston Bonnett, who was unable to attend.
Current reunion officers were re-elected.
The school?s alumni will again meet in 2012. Invitations will be sent out, but anyone with information about a classmate can contact Judi Brobston at (641) 693-3691.
