Rippey, Giles announce engagement, set wedding

Jason Rippey and Sarah Giles of Fairfield announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.

Giles is the daughter of Tom Giles of Eldon and the late Letticha Giles. She is the granddaughter of Emeila Weltch of Eldon.

Rippey is the son of Pam and Jeff Koontz of Fairfield and Larry and Cindy Rippey of Fairfield. He is the grandson of Don and Darlene Lauder of Fairfield and Helen and Clarence Rippey.

The bride-elect is a 2000 graduate of Cardinal Junior-Senior High School. She is now the stay-at-home mother of children Jenny and Daniel.

The groom-elect is a 1999 graduate of Fairfield High School. He is currently employed at Agri-Industrial Plastics Co.

A wedding is planned for Sept. 24 at Assembly of God Church in Eldon. A reception will be held at Elks Lodge.
