Riverside City Council to meet

The Riverside City Council will meet at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 8, at city hall.

Items on the agenda include: selling Cherry Lane lots, water issue - Greg Hotz, public hearing for Havel first addition plat - conditional zoning, resolution to approve Havel first addition plat, MMS Consultants - Greg Meisner, resolution reviewing and awarding bid for Cherry Lane addition, resolution approving change order for Boise Street Project, resolution setting the date for public hearing for preliminary plat for Cherry Lane addition, resolution to set the date for the public hearing to change the front setbacks on R-1 from 30 feet to 25 feet, resolution approving the application for a Washington County Riverboat Foundation grant from the Riverside Ball Association, resolution approving the street finance report, Westside Apartments sewer issue, review bids for cleaning up Holderness lot, People Services and firetruck loan payoff.
