Riverside City Council to meet tonight

The Riverside City Council will meet at 5:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 21, in a work session at city hall. The only agenda item is to discuss the People Services proposed contract.

At 6:30 p.m., the council will convene in regular session. Items on the agenda include: a public hearing to approve preliminary plat for Cherry Lane addition at 6:40 p.m., resolution approving the preliminary plat for Cherry Lane, public hearing vacating alley behind 131 W. Fourth St., resolution approving alley vacation at 131 W. Fourth St., public hearing changing R-1 setbacks from 30 to 25, resolution approving changing R-1 setbacks from 30 to 25, People Services Contract, audit report, resolution accepting signed contract with Rathje Construction Company for Cherry Lane addition project, Camp Highland - Becky Harkema, Boise Street project - resolution accepting change order No. 2 - Yordi Excavating, Holderness Lot cleanup, closing city hall over noon hour and on Wednesday and casino revenue information.
