Rodeo to be held

The Marion Avenue Baptist Church of Washington will once again sponsor its 22nd annual rodeo. This entire event is free of charge!

The rodeo will take place at the Washington County Fairgrounds on Sunday, August 2. Events begin at 11 a.m.

This year, the activities include free pony rides for kids, a full-scale rodeo, and a one-of-a-kind Western style concert/service. A free lunch-to-go is also provided for everyone, which is an added bonus this year!

The Marion Avenue Baptist English and Spanish Church work together to bring you an exciting demonstration of bull rides, cowboy pickup, bronc rides, a huge grand entry of horseback riders, and much more! Children will enjoy participating in kids' activities such as mutton busting, chicken chasing, pony rides and the exciting calf scramble!
