Rome woman arrested, charged with two offenses
A Rome woman was arrested Oct. 27 following an alleged assault in the 100 block of East Market Street in Rome.
Kristina Carver, 28, was charged with fifth-degree criminal mischief and simple assault, both simple misdemeanors.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
