Eight-year-old Logan Lauderman and 5-year-old Reed Lauderman give a roping presentation to members of the Penn Workers 4-H Club during a meeting Feb. 2 at the Jefferson County ISU Extension Office. The boys and their uncle Bryan Laudermann demonstrated how to rope a steer and also explained the types of ropes that can be used. After their demonstration, members of the club were able to try roping. Other club business for the day included learning about the Club Challenge for the county fair, the $15 Style Show Challenge and upcoming 4-H events.
