Rotary Club donating bicycles
The Washington Rotary Club is participating in a unique economic and cultural empowerment program. World Bicycle Relief (www.worldbicyclerelief.org) is a not-for-profit organization based in Chicago that provides heavy-duty utilitarian ?Buffalo? bicycles to people in developing countries.

There is a cost for each bike and several Rotary members have already purchased one. The Rotary Club invites others to participate with them in this project.
