Rotary Club of Washington holds awards dinner
The Rotary Club of Washington held its annual awards dinner on June 30, 2022, at Lebowski’s Rock & Bowl.
Award recipients included:
Dean Garrett - Bill Sitler Rotary Community Service Award
John Prochaska - John Prochaska Rotary Service Award (WHS)
Greta Rothe and Grant Sobaski - Rotary Scholarships
Terry Engelken - Rotarian of the Year
Bob Kennedy - Special Rotary District 6000 recognition for 56-year member
Outgoing president Brett Pierson passed the gavel to incoming president Rebecca “Becky” Patterson.
The Rotary Club meets at the Community Y from noon to 1 p.m. on Thursdays.
