Rowe, Reeves announce engagement; set wedding
Kristin Rowe and Russell Reeves, both of Jefferson City, Mo., announce their engagement and wedding date.
The bride-to-be, formerly of Fairfield, is the daughter of Charles and Cathy Rowe of Ottumwa. She is a 2002 graduate of Ottumwa High School and is an independent contractor of Event Photography Group.

The bride-to-be, formerly of Fairfield, is the daughter of Charles and Cathy Rowe of Ottumwa. She is a 2002 graduate of Ottumwa High School and is an independent contractor of Event Photography Group.
The groom-to-be, formerly of Vienna, Mo., is the son of Bob and Helen Reeves of Jefferson City. He is a 2004 home-school graduate and is an independent contractor of Event Photography Group and an in-home caregiver through Independent Living Resource Center.
The couple are planning a wedding for Feb. 7, 2014, in Jefferson City.
