Sacha Club

The Sacha Club met at the home of Linda McNeil on September 24, 2018. 10 members attended.

New program booklets were issued to the members by Brenda Bean. Several areas that needed to be completed were discussed. The committees for the November Craft Show were finalized.

The Halloween Hike at Marr Park is the evening of October 6th. Members have signed up to furnish the twenty dozen cookies they need. We can deliver the cookies to the Conservation Center on Friday, October 5th or by noon on October 6th.

Our annual Craft Show will be on November 3rd. Brenda Bean has reserved the Highland Middle School Gym for this event. 26 vendors have already signed up. Karen Megchelsen volunteered to help with set up on Friday evening, November 2nd. The cookie committee and the food committee discussed plans for this event. Brenda Bean asked for help with publicity.

Rocky Roberts volunteered to distribute fliers for posting at businesses in surrounding towns.

Linda McNeil presented a brief program on the importance of setting up a car safety kit and what items should be included.

The next meeting will be October 29th at the Ainsworth Community Church. The program is decorating cookies for the Craft Show. Each member is to furnish 3-4 dozen. Ann Freyenberger volunteered to make the icing for this event.
