Sacha Club to host craft show Saturday

Seven Sacha Club of Ainsworth members met on Monday at the Ainsworth Community Church. They reviewed final plans for their Annual Craft Show to be held at the Highland Middle School on Saturday, Nov. 6 from 9 a.m. to 2p.m.

Brenda Bean reported there are 29 vendors signed up. Plans were finalized for the kitchen committee who will serve beverages, cinnamon rolls, and walking tacos. The set up committee will meet at the school at 5 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 5, to set up vendor areas, kitchen area, and cookie sale area.

The members packaged the decorated Christmas cookies that will be sold at the Craft Show.

All proceeds from the Craft Sale will be used for Highland graduate scholarships, and other local projects.

A thank you was received from the Washington County Conservation Center for providing the individually wrapped cookies for the Halloween Hike at Marr Park on Oct. 16. There was a very good attendance.

The next meeting will be Dec. 13 at the home of Jolene Colthurst.
