Scholarship auction receiving donations
OTTUMWA ? The 34th annual Indian Hills Community College Foundation Scholarship Auction will be held April 16 at the college?s North Campus located at the Ottumwa Industrial Airport.

OTTUMWA ? The 34th annual Indian Hills Community College Foundation Scholarship Auction will be held April 16 at the college?s North Campus located at the Ottumwa Industrial Airport.
Donations are now being accepted. Individuals and businesses may donate new and gently used items and qualify for a tax deduction. Items may include vehicles, gift certificates, appliances, furniture, antiques, tools, lawn furniture, garden equipment, boats, computers, office equipment, campers and outdoor gear, household items, sporting goods and many other articles.
The event is held each year to raise money for scholarships for students enrolled in classes at Indian Hills Community College in Ottumwa, Centerville and the college?s eight-county service centers. The foundation is a 501(c)(3) corporation making donations tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Items received by Friday will be listed in the detailed auction advertisement. To make arrangements to deliver donated items or to have them picked up, contact Linda Abel at (641) 683-5219.
