School Menu: Nov. 26-30, 2012

Fairfield Community School District listed its menu for the week:

Monday ? breakfast at middle school and high school: assorted cereals, cereal bars, orange juice, milk; breakfast at elementary schools: assorted cereals, cereal or Nutri-Grain bar, orange juice, milk. Lunch: burrito, romaine, tomato, corn, applesauce, milk.

Tuesday ? breakfast at middle school and high school: assorted cereals, bagel, jelly, orange juice, milk; breakfast at elementary schools: assorted cereals, wheat toast, butter, jelly or cereal or Nutri-Grain bar, orange juice, milk. Lunch: chicken strips, lima beans, carrots, strawberries, milk, plus bread and butter sandwich for grades 9-12.

Wednesday ? no breakfast. Lunch: BBQ Pork on bun, sweet potato puffs, baked beans, fresh orange, milk.

Thursday ? breakfast at middle school and high school: assorted cereals, blueberry muffin, orange juice, milk; breakfast at elementary schools: assorted cereals, blueberry, apple or banana muffin, orange juice, milk. Lunch: turkey and cheese sub, green beans, peas, peaches, milk.

Nov. 30 ? breakfast at middle school and high school: assorted cereals, assorted Nutri-Grain bars, orange juice, milk; breakfast at elementary schools: assorted cereals, eggs, cereal or Nutri-Grain Bar, orange juice, milk. Lunch: country-style beef patty, mashed potatoes, gravy, broccoli, banana, milk, plus a wheat roll, butter for grades 6-12.
