The following schools have listed their menus for the coming week:

Cardinal

Monday, Sept. 2 -- No school. Labor Day.

Tuesday, Sept. 3 -- barbecued pork on bun, sweet potato wedges, baked beans, pears, fruit.

Wednesday, Sept. 4 -- corn dog, green beans, strawberries, fruit.

Thursday, Sept. 5 --soft shell taco, lettuce, tomato, refried beans, black bean and corn salsa with tortilla chips, pears, fruit.

Friday, Sept. 6 -- macaroni and cheese, little smokies, romaine salad, apples, fruit.

Fairfield

Monday, Sept. 2 -- No school.

Tuesday, Sept. 3 -- breaded mozzarella cheese sticks, marinara sauce, green beans, peaches.

Wednesday, Sept. 4 -- orange chicken, steamed broccoli, apple, rice.

Thursday, Sept. 5 -- cheeseburger on bun, french fries, baby carrots, cantaloupe.

Friday, Sept. 6 -- beef fiestada, pinto beans, celery sticks, applesauce.

Pekin

Monday and Tuesday, Sept. 2-3 -- No school.

Wednesday, Sept. 4 -- spaghetti, caesar salad, corn,mixed fruit, apples, breadstick.

Thursday, Sept. 5 -- chicken quesadilla, baby carrots, green beans, pineapple, grapes.

Friday, Sept. 6 -- turkey fritter on bun, baked beans, baby carrots, tropical fruit, strawberries.
