Scott Van Der Heyden, 55 of Ankeny, passed away at his home on October 7, 2018. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 13, at Ankeny First United Methodist Church (206 SW Walnut), with burial to follow at Ankeny Memorial Gardens. A visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. on Friday, October 12, also at the church. Scott worked as a computer analyst for the State of Iowa for over 18 years. He is survived by his wife Michele Van Der Heyden; his two children Jessica and Michael Van Der Heyden; mother Janet Roth and her husband Bob; brothers Mark Van Der Heyden, Steve and Tim Roth.
