Scrapbooking event raising funds for American Cancer Society

The Family Ties Relay for Life team is holding a Scrap for Life scrapbooking event Nov. 8-9 at Fairfield Foursquare Church to raise funds for the American Cancer Society.

The two-day event will be 9 a.m. to whenever everyone is done Nov. 8 and 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Nov. 9.

The cost is $45 for both days; $30 for the night of Nov. 8 and Nov. 9; or $25 for either Nov. 8 or Nov. 9. The fee includes light breakfasts, three meals and snacks.

Particicipants are asked to bring a contribution for the potluck supper Nov. 8, along with the recipe for a recipe exchange.
