The Washington Public Library will host the finale of its series in Fiber Arts February on Saturday, Feb. 29 with a 'Scrappy Songbirds Workshop” at 10:30 a.m. Learn how to make a cute bird out of scraps of leftover yarn. Materials provided. Free and open to the public. Under 12 must attend with an adult. There is still time to sign up at the library or call 653-2726.
